Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 16, 2026

BeautyCall, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) platform BeautyCall Pro. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our direct customers (the beauty professionals utilizing our platform) and the end-consumers who visit or interact with the websites we host.

This Privacy Policy is designed to align with United States privacy standards, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. CALIFORNIA NOTICE AT COLLECTION

Pursuant to California law, the table below outlines the categories of Personal Information we collect, the business purpose for collection, whether the data is “sold” or “shared” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and our strict retention criteria.

Category of Personal Information Specific Examples Collected Business Purpose for Collection Sold or Shared? Retention Period
Identifiers Legal name, alias, email address, phone number, business address, unique online identifiers, IP address, and account names. Account creation, platform authentication, customer support via Google Workspace, and operational notifications. Shared (via marketing cookies/pixels only). We never sell your personal information for money. 30 days after full account termination (or for the duration of an active 'Business Pause' tier), except for identifiers contained in billing and transaction records, which we retain for 7 years to meet tax and financial compliance obligations.

Internet or Electronic Network Activity Browsing history, interaction with our marketing website, cookie data, and user dashboard telemetry. Optimizing website performance, platform analytics (Google Analytics), and retargeting ads (Meta Pixel). Shared (via marketing cookies/pixels only). Up to 14 months from the collection date for analytical cookie data.
Customer Form Content (As a Processor) Names, phone numbers, emails, and custom message text submitted by end-clients through hosted inquiry forms. Storing and securely forwarding web form inquiries directly to the User's designated inbox. No (Processed strictly on behalf of our User). Controlled by our active User; permanently deleted 30 days post-account termination.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE ENCOUNTER IT

2.1. Information Provided Directly by Our Users. We collect personal information when you purchase a subscription plan, establish an admin profile, or contact us at hello@beautycallpro.com using Google Workspace.

2.2. End-Consumer Data (Our Role as a Data Processor). Hosted websites built on our platform feature contact and inquiry forms. When an end-consumer (your client) submits data through these forms, that information is stored within your Duda-powered admin portal and forwarded to your chosen email address. Legally, the active beauty professional acts as the “Data Controller” for their clients’ records. BeautyCall, LLC acts strictly as a “Data Processor.” We do not independently use, sell, or market to the consumers utilizing your inquiry forms.

2.3. Automated Tracking Technologies. We utilize tracking scripts, cookies, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixels on our primary marketing domain (beautycallpro.com). These tools help us track visitor conversions and deliver relevant advertisements regarding our WaaS offerings across third-party networks.

2.4. Sensitive Personal Information. We do not collect sensitive personal information (as defined under California law) for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, and we do not use or disclose any such information beyond what is necessary to provide our Services. Because of this, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information does not apply to our processing.

3. HOW WE DISCLOSE AND SHARE PERSONAL DATA

We disclose your personal information only to trusted service providers who help execute our core operations under strict data protection clauses:

  • Infrastructure & Hosting Providers: Duda and affiliated server infrastructure tools used to display your live files and portal dashboards.
  • Payment Processors: Stripe, which handles all credit card compliance, recurring authorizations, and billing tokenization securely.
  • Internal Contractors: Authorized technical virtual assistants, development teams, or contractors who operate under strict non-disclosure and data security mandates.
  • Third-Party Marketing Partners: Google and Meta networks via tracking scripts to run platform analytics and targeted growth marketing.

4. CALIFORNIA “DO NOT SELL OR SHARE” OPT-OUT DISCLOSURE

4.1. No Monetary Sales. BeautyCall, LLC does not sell your personal information or your end-clients’ form submissions to data brokers or third parties in exchange for monetary compensation.

4.2. Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising. Because our marketing site deploys tracking pixels (Google Analytics and Meta Pixels), this data dissemination is classified as “sharing” under California law.

4.3. How to Opt-Out. You can opt out of this tracking at any time. To do so, you may:

  • Email us at hello@beautycallpro.com, and we will honor your request by suppressing the marketing and analytics tracking associated with you.
  • Adjust your browser settings to block or limit cookies, or use your browser’s built-in privacy and tracking-protection controls.
  • Opt out of personalized advertising directly through the networks we use, including Google (through your Google Ads settings) and Meta (through your Meta ad preferences).

5. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a resident of California (or a state with comparable consumer privacy protections), you possess the following statutory rights regarding your data:

  • Right to Know / Access: The right to request a detailed disclosure of the specific categories and pieces of personal information we have collected about you, including historical access extending beyond a 12-month window.
  • Right to Delete: The right to request the permanent deletion of the personal information we maintain about you, subject to specific legal exceptions (such as open billing obligations or tax compliance records).
  • Right to Correct: The right to request modifications to inaccurate or outdated personal details stored in your user profile.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will never penalize, adjust your software functionality, or degrade your service level for exercising your legal privacy protections.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a request to us at hello@beautycallpro.com. To protect your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, which may include confirming details associated with your account. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, provided the agent presents proof of your written permission and we can verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request) and will let you know if we need more time. We will not charge a fee to respond to a verifiable request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY & AGE RESTRICTIONS

Our platform is built, marketed, and intended strictly for professional business operators aged eighteen (18) years or older. We do not knowingly target, solicit, or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that an individual under 18 has circumvented our baseline account creation parameters and provided personal information without verified parental or legal guardian authorization, we will immediately purge the account record from our live active databases.

7. SECURITY AND LOCALIZED DATA PROTECTION

We use industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical encryption controls—including mandatory Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) certificates across all hosted portals, subdomains, and custom mapped domains—designed to prevent data breaches or unpermitted network access.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through your account. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
