It's the reason copywriting comes included

If the thought of a long survey asking you to explain yourself in plain language makes you break out in a cold sweat, I get it. Mine is built to pull out how you talk to clients, what's really on your menu and why your regulars keep rebooking. Set aside about thirty minutes, or chip away at it between clients. It saves your progress, because I know that's how life goes when you own a business.

Your spot on my build calendar is held once it's back in full. Nothing starts before then, and trust me, that's for your benefit.

How revisions work

Every project starts with your First Look. I'll design your homepage and share it with you before anything else gets built, so we can settle the layout, colors, fonts and overall feel together. You'll get one round of feedback here, and it doesn't count toward your revisions.

Once you approve your First Look, I'll build out the rest of your site. From there you get two full rounds of revisions. Each round is one list of changes, sent together within five business days.

After launch, I don't disappear

After your site goes live, I'll fix anything that isn't working the way we approved it. Support runs two weeks for the Pro and Signature Suites and 30 days for the Team and Custom Suites, and covers:

  • Broken links or buttons
  • Pages that don't display correctly on phones or in certain browsers
  • Booking widgets or integrations that aren't behaving
  • Typos that slipped through
  • Domain and DNS connection issues
  • Quick how-to questions about editing your site

New content, design changes and new pages fall outside launch support. You can add those through a Touch Up plan or have them quoted as a separate project.

This is my full-circle moment

I used to say that my clients paid me glue fake hair to one part of their body and then paid me to remove real hair from other parts. That's the funny life of an esthetician. But long before I ever removed a stranger's body hair for money, I was a nerdy teenager teaching myself HTML and graphic design after school. How long does a build take?

Launch Suite: 2 to 3 weeks. Pro Suite: 3 to 4 weeks. Team Suite: 4 to 6 weeks. Custom Suites are scoped during your Project Review Call. Rush timelines are available as an add-on if you need to launch sooner.

Can I switch booking platforms later without breaking my site?

Yes. Your website is built independent of any booking software, so you can change providers any time without touching the rest of your site. That's the whole point of owning your home base.
