1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a package, submitting a deposit, or engaging BeautyCall Pro for services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). BeautyCall Pro is operated by BeautyCall, Corp. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with a purchase or engagement.
2. Services
BeautyCall Pro provides semi-custom website design and development services for beauty and wellness professionals, offered in the following tiers:
- The Launch Suite — $699
- The Pro Suite — $1,199
- The Team Suite — $1,999
- The Custom Suite — Custom pricing, agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place in the BeautyCall Pro production queue and initiate the project. No work will begin until the deposit has been received.

3.2 Balance
The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the site going live. BeautyCall Pro will not publish or transfer the completed website until the balance has been paid in full.
3.3 Add-Ons
Any add-on services selected at checkout or agreed upon during the project — including but not limited to rush builds, additional pages, additional revision rounds, done-for-you copywriting, or monthly maintenance packages — are due at the time of selection or as otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4 Late Payment
If the balance is not received within 7 business days of project completion, BeautyCall Pro reserves the right to suspend delivery of the completed site until payment is made.
4. Project Timeline
4.1 Production Timeline
BeautyCall Pro targets a project completion window of two to three weeks from the date all required client assets and information have been received. This window includes the Client review period and revision rounds.
4.2 Client Responsibility
The project timeline is dependent upon the timely submission of all required materials by the Client. BeautyCall Pro will not be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submission of client materials.
4.3 Project Clock
The production timeline does not begin until BeautyCall Pro has received all required assets from the Client in full.
4.4 Rush Builds
Clients who purchase the Rush Build add-on ($250) will have their project prioritized in the BeautyCall Pro production queue. Rush builds are guaranteed to begin within 48 hours of receiving all required client assets, with a target completion within 10 business days of project start. Rush build fees are non-refundable once production has begun.
5. Revisions
5.1 Included Revisions
All packages include two (2) rounds of revisions. A "revision round" is defined as one consolidated set of feedback submitted by the Client in a single communication.
5.2 Revision Process
Clients are asked to review their site thoroughly and submit all revision requests together in a single document or message. Piecemeal feedback submitted across multiple communications may be consolidated into a single revision round at BeautyCall Pro's discretion.
5.3 Additional Revision Rounds
Additional revision rounds beyond the included two may be purchased for $99 per round, subject to availability.
5.4 Scope of Revisions
Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original agreed scope of the project. Requests that constitute new features, new pages, or significant departures from the approved design direction are considered out of scope and will be quoted separately.

6.1 What Is Included
Broken links, formatting or display issues, integration hiccups, minor text corrections, and domain or DNS connection issues.
6.2 What Is Not Included
New pages, new sections, design changes beyond the approved scope, additional integrations not included in the original project, or new photography or content.
6.3 Ongoing Support
For ongoing updates and changes beyond the post-launch support window, Clients may purchase The Touch Up or The Touch Up Pro monthly maintenance package.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide all required brand assets, photography, copy input, and questionnaire responses in a timely manner
- Submit revision requests in a single, consolidated communication per revision round
- Review all deliverables thoroughly before approving final launch
- Ensure they hold the rights to all content, images, and materials submitted to BeautyCall Pro
- Provide accurate business information for use on their website
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Client Content
The Client retains ownership of all content, images, logos, and brand assets they provide to BeautyCall Pro.
8.2 Completed Website
Upon receipt of payment in full, the Client owns the completed website design and content as delivered. BeautyCall Pro retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
8.3 Platform
The website is built on a third-party platform. The Client's use of that platform is subject to the platform's own terms of service and any applicable subscription or hosting fees.
8.4 BeautyCall Pro Materials
Any proprietary frameworks, templates, workflows, or methodologies developed by BeautyCall Pro remain the intellectual property of BeautyCall Pro.
9. Confidentiality
BeautyCall Pro will treat all Client business information, brand strategy, and materials shared during the project as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without the Client's written consent, except as required by law.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
10.1 Deposit
The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it reserves the Client's place in the production queue and compensates BeautyCall Pro for time allocated to the project.
10.2 Cancellation After Production Begins
If a Client cancels after production has begun, the deposit will be forfeited and any work completed up to the point of cancellation may be billed at a pro-rated rate based on the total package price.
10.3 Cancellation Before Production Begins
If a Client cancels before production has begun but after the deposit has been paid, the deposit remains non-refundable. No additional fees will be charged.
10.4 BeautyCall Pro Cancellation
In the rare event that BeautyCall Pro must cancel a project, the Client will receive a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit.
11. Limitation of Liability
BeautyCall Pro's total liability to the Client for any claim arising from or related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question. BeautyCall Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost bookings, or loss of business opportunity. BeautyCall Pro is not responsible for the performance, uptime, or changes made to third-party platforms, booking systems, or integrations after the project has launched.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, United States, and any legal proceedings will take place in South Carolina.
13. Changes to These Terms
BeautyCall Pro reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of BeautyCall Pro services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes will not apply retroactively to projects already in progress.
